It’s a bit of a tongue-twister!It’s also a DELICIOUS side dish that’s super-simple to make. INGREDIENTS YOU NEED: 1 cup white vinegar1 cup water1/2 cup sugar (increase if you want to reduce the heat)3 garlic cloves cut in half lengthwise1 Tablespoon salt7 fresh jalapeno peppers1 fresh red mini pepper1 fresh yellow mini pepper2 pint size glass jars RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS: Thinly slice all your peppers & set aside.Combine the vinegar, water, sugar, garlic & salt in a small kettle. Stir well & heat to boiling.Turn off heat & add sliced peppers to kettle. Wait 10 – 15 minutes.Using slotted spoon or tongs, move peppers into two pint sized jars.
