Thinly slice all your peppers & set aside.
Combine the vinegar, water, sugar, garlic & salt in a small kettle. Stir well & heat to boiling.
Turn off heat & add sliced peppers to kettle.
Wait 10 – 15 minutes.
Using slotted spoon or tongs, move peppers into two pint sized jars. Carefully pour remaining liquid from kettle into jars.
Keep refrigerated & enjoy these marinated peppers for up to a month.
